All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.
Exceptions apply only to holiday specials, which will have their own ordering deadlines.
Once an order is requested, an invoice will be sent with the order details, pickup date, policies, and payment instructions.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and date.
Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Orders must be paid in full 7 days before pickup.
Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in order cancellation with no refund of the deposit.
By submitting payment, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the policies outlined.
The customer is responsible for picking up their order.
Delivery may be available to nearby locations, depending on availability. An additional fee will apply.
Pickup times will be provided at the time the order is placed.
Once the item has been picked up, Caketrie’s Corner is not responsible for any damage.
Customers will be asked to inspect the item at pickup.
Any concerns identified at the time of pickup will be addressed free of charge before handoff.
A $10 late fee will be applied for pickups more than 1 hour late.
If the customer arrives late, pickup time may no longer be available.
Continued delays may affect the item's quality, and Caketrie’s Corner is not responsible for quality issues caused by late pickup.
Orders not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are subject to being sold to another customer, and all payments will be forfeited.
Once an order is placed, 50% of the deposit is non-refundable, as supplies have already been purchased.
The remaining balance may be canceled only with written notice submitted more than 7 days before the scheduled pickup date.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the pickup date will result in forfeiture of all payments made and refund will not be available.
